Mandy is the owner and founder of TLS Estate Agents and has done an incredible job in making the company the success it is today. The most hardworking of the bunch juggles the running of a nursery as well as the estate agency. Mandys role is now more behind the scenes as her son and fellow Director Mike is taking the reigns. Mandy thrives on hard work and dedication and loves the estate agency industry. This passion and drive has most definitely been passed on to each of her staff and is evident in all the work they do. A true hardworking, dedicated director that will do anything for her staff and customers.

Maintenance Officer

Becky is the newest member of our team and has taken charge of overseeing the maintenance of the properties that we look after. As the number of our managed properties exceeds 150 she certainly has her work cut out and her organisation skills shine through. Her role is to identify issues and liaise with clients, contractors and tenants to obtain quotes and see that maintenance jobs are completed to the standard that TLS require. Becky is also our Saturday negotiator and enjoys showing potential buyers and tenants around our available homes.
